The Challenge & Discovery


eBay manages a complex digital ecosystem that spans newsletters, on-site promotions, partner communications, and event-driven campaigns. With multiple stakeholders and external partners involved, the challenge was ensuring consistent messaging, brand alignment, and seamless execution across channels—without disrupting speed or scale.

At the time, eBay was running partnered newsletters, high-visibility site banners, and time-sensitive event campaigns that required careful coordination. Maintaining clarity across messaging, aligning with strategic goals, and supporting internal teams were critical to sustaining engagement and brand trust.

My role was to manage and support eBay’s digital assets across channels while collaborating closely with internal and partner teams to ensure campaigns shipped cleanly and consistently.

The Strategy & Execution


I oversaw partnered newsletters, including campaigns with PayPal, ensuring messaging, timing, and positioning aligned with both brands while maintaining eBay’s voice and objectives. These newsletters were integrated into broader campaign efforts to support promotions and key initiatives.

In parallel, I supported site banners and event-driven digital campaigns, coordinating messaging across platforms to ensure users experienced a cohesive narrative from inbox to on-site interaction. This required close collaboration with stakeholders and copy teams to refine language, validate positioning, and meet tight deadlines.

Client engagement played a central role in execution. Through regular meetings, reviews, and feedback loops, I worked closely with eBay stakeholders and supported North American copy teams, helping align creative output with campaign goals and ensuring consistency across assets.


The Results

eBay’s digital campaigns benefited from stronger alignment across partner communications, on-site promotions, and event initiatives. By maintaining consistency and clarity across channels, campaigns reinforced brand visibility and supported user engagement—while enabling internal teams to execute efficiently at scale.
