The Vision & Challenge

Cirus Foundation set out to rapidly scale adoption of its Web3 platform while establishing itself as a credible, long-term player in a competitive crypto landscape. The challenge wasn’t awareness alone—it was guiding users from first touch to meaningful engagement, utility, and monetization across a fragmented set of channels.

At the outset, Cirus needed to:

  • Drive sustained user growth

  • Convert free users into premium token holders

  • Build a scalable go-to-market strategy

  • Expand and activate its community without relying on short-term hype

My role was to design and execute an end-to-end lifecycle growth strategy—spanning acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and revenue—while ensuring every channel worked together as a system.

The Strategy & Execution

We approached growth through a full-funnel lifecycle model, combining paid acquisition, partnerships, email, and community-driven campaigns.

To drive user acquisition, I spearheaded strategic partnerships, targeted Google and X ad campaigns, SEO initiatives, and drip email marketing, resulting in 30,000 new engaged users within five months. These users were then guided through a structured onboarding and education flow designed to clearly communicate Cirus’ value and utility.

Revenue growth was driven through targeted upsell campaigns and streamlined conversion funnels focused on premium token upgrades. By refining messaging, timing, and segmentation, we achieved a 13% conversion rate, generating over $150,000 in $CIRUS token sales through lifecycle-driven campaigns.

At the same time, I developed and executed Cirus’ go-to-market strategy, automating engagement from awareness through retention. This systemized approach expanded the email subscriber base from 1.8K to over 35K, ensuring Cirus could continue communicating at scale as the platform grew.

Community growth was fueled through high-engagement campaigns, including token-buying giveaways, exclusive product releases, and interactive contests across social channels. These efforts grew Cirus’ online presence from 28.2K to over 51K, while driving a significant increase in engagement and participation across the ecosystem.

The Results

Cirus transformed from an early-stage Web3 platform into a rapidly growing ecosystem with clear lifecycle pathways, measurable revenue, and an engaged community. By aligning acquisition, onboarding, email, and monetization into a single strategy, growth became repeatable rather than reactive.
